Menopause and Perimenopause

As women age, Menopause typically sets in between the ages of 45 and 55. However, before menopause officially arrives, women go through a transitional period called Perimenopause, which can last for several years. During this time, the female body gradually produces less estrogen, leading to a range of challenging symptoms. Weight-bearing exercises and resistance training combined with the correct nutrition and supplements are critical to maintain bone density and muscle mass.
