You have plenty of Dublin bus services 46e, 7, and 7a to reach us. Bus stops are just outside. And for those of you driving, there is also pay-and-display parking outside the gym.

Top Tips

Nutrition: Keep it simple, eat close to nature and avoid anything processed. Key to getting into amazing shape is to have a mental blueprint of what you want to achieve. The rest will then just happen.

Training: Train with intensity and focus is key to exceptional results. Work on your technique and form to make sure it is 100% correct and then train with the muscle you are
working, this requires 100% focus and attention.

Motivation: What the mind conceives and believes it will achieve….so think good thoughts, be happy and set exciting goals for you to achieve. Life is for living you only have one so make good use of it….
