For many people, one of the popular New Year’s resolutions is getting into shape and becoming fit and healthier. They make the emotional decision of signing up for a low cost gym and intend to work out regularly. By February they may only go once a week and because it’s for a low amount, they don’t even cancel their membership.
Gyms know this and that’s the reason they clutter people and machines into a space without direction. Resulting in rows and rows of treadmills and other aerobic equipment with too many people and not enough results.
Educogym is so much more than just a regular gym. We understand that improving your physical shape is serious business. We also know that to get stunning results you need clear goals and lots of energy. You must not only train the body with the correct type of exercise, but focus the mind and nourish the body too.
We use an innovative and scientific model called ‘EDUCO’ to help our customers realise the unconscious energy within them, which works wonders.
Here at Educogym, our certified personal trainers work with our clients to set goals, both long and short-term. We use a carefully crafted system to tailor a specialised work-out and nutritional plan to help them achieve the physical shape and fitness they desire.
We train them on how to tap into their hidden energy and use it all to get into the best shape quickly. We then assist them to spread this energy to other important areas of their lives – Body, Mind, Life, and Community. Effortless body and life transformation is now possible with Educogym!

For effective training, maintaining or increasing muscle is vital. So it makes sense that exercise is a part of this system to activate the muscles in the body. Yet you may not know that many types of exercise can be catabolic – i.e. they cause muscle loss.
The old school of thought is that the only reason you exercise is to burn calories. This has spawned the whole movement of aerobics and cardio equipment. If you visit most gyms, you will see rows and rows of these machines in a warehouse-like setting. It would seem that everyone is training to be a marathon runner.
Although you burn calories, the loss of muscle will decrease your metabolic rate over time. This means you’ll have to exercise more and more all the time. The problem with this approach is that the longer you exercise, the more catabolic it becomes (muscle burning). This is because excess exercise is a stress on the body which in turn produces a stress hormone called cortisol.Book your free consultation Start your 3 day trial
