I have had a chance to train one of U16 Ireland Tennis Players Sofia Derivan last year as a Sport’s Psychologist & Strength and Conditioning Coach and she won the U18 single William Fry Junior Tennis Championships 2015. The greatest client achievement was one of my clients lost 3-stone, and he achieved it after having suffered a major heart attack in 2013. I have been proud to help him gain confidence in his ability to achieve this goal. I am a qualified physical therapist and I help my clients with injury management, rehabilitation and also injury prevention. Whether they are a high level athlete or an elderly person with acute or chronic pain (for instance back pain), I aim to help them with whatever injury may have arisen. My training approach is fundamental to prevent the reoccurrence of injuries or their associated pain.

I am a Personal Trainer with 7 years of health and wellness industry experience. I enjoy to help clients to achieve their fitness goals through customised exercises programs and diet plans. I have started my fitness carrier as a fitness instructor first then became a level 3 Personal Trainer with the worldwide certification. The greatest client achievement was preparing for a natural bodybuilding contest on Mens Physique category and he got first place. Another great experience was working with a group of 6 clients on weight loss challenge and all together they lost 52 kg in just 2 months, and I was proud to be again in first place. Fitness is my passion and helping people to achieve their goals is what makes me happy.
