Science Backed Programmes - 12 Day University Study

Our programmes are based on a 12-day study that’s scientifically validated. The study revealed remarkable outcomes: participants gained an average of 3 lbs of muscle while losing a significant 7.5 lbs of fat. 

And the best part? These results were achieved with just four hours of weight training—20 minutes per day. This nearly one-pound-a-day transformation can completely transform your body.
