Directions:
Take 3 tablets three times daily with meals for seven days, thereafter reduce to 2 tablets with meals three times daily. Athletes and sportspeople may take up to 30 per day.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Not to be taken during the first twelve weeks of pregnancy except as permitted by a doctor.
Long term intakes greater than 10mg B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
