I signed up to the monthly plan and worked mainly with Neill. He is a fantastic trainer and I really enjoyed my sessions. It's a great place to grow as a person and learn a lot about nutrition and sport. In only 8 months I have lost 20 kilos and I have learned a lot about the importance of taking care of our health.
