Ingredients
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • ½ red pepper, diced
  • 2 wholegrain low-carb wraps
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté red pepper and spinach until wilted.
  2. Add egg whites, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Scramble until cooked.
  3. Spoon mixture onto wraps, fold, and serve warm.
