This Greek Yoghurt & Berry Easter Bark is the perfect balance of indulgent and healthy.
Made with just a few ingredients, it’s high in protein, packed with flavour, and freezer-friendly.

Serves: 6  |
 Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
  •  1 cup Greek yoghurt
  •  1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  •  2 tbsp crushed nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)

Directions

  • Mix Greek yoghurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle with berries and crushed nuts.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours, then break into pieces and enjoy!
