The easiest breakfast you’ll never skip. These overnight oats are rich in fibre, naturally sweet, and sneak in a portion of fruit and veg – yes, veg! Carrot and apple give it a subtle sweetness and crunch, while berries on top bring colour and freshness.

Serves: 1
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats 
  • 1 cup almond milk 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • ½ grated carrot 
  • ½ grated apple 
  • 1 tbsp of low fat yoghurt 
  • 1 handful fresh berries 
  • Protein powder (Recommended)

Directions

  • Add the ingredients (milk, oats, apple, carrot and yoghurt) to a bowl and mix together.
  • Feel free to add half a scoop of protein powder if you want to boost the protein content of this dish! You can order Proform Vanilla from our online store or grab it from your nearest Educogym.
  • Pour the mixture into a jar with a lid on.  Leave in the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning, top with fresh berries of your choice and enjoy.
