It releases the most Growth Hormone - which means your body will burn more fat!” 3.Motivation: “If the weight doesn’t change neither will you! Always push yourself harder then the last session. One day, you will thank yourself!”
I have been working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer for the last 9 years. My passion started in a small studio helping a friend of mine with the fitness classes. I love doing classes and that was my first step into the fitness world. I love working with my clients and with their goals. Everyday is a new challenge for them and also for me. The greatest client Achievement was a client in Brazil, she lost 15kg in 3 months training. She got herself confidence back and was very happy and proud of herself. I love training myself and I think it is very important to be fit and in a good shape. I want to set a good example for my clients.

Fitness is my passion! No matter which day it is if I don’t workout it’s a day wasted for me. Being in the fitness industry has taught me discipline, dedication and patience. It’s a journey from becoming pure in each way that can be physically as well as mentally. Proper trainings and workouts should be implemented to see great results. Its not just training but diet plays the most important role in Fitness. I say diet is 80% of the hard work that needs to be put in, as they say, “You look what you eat” Believe in yourself, stay fit, eat clean, focus on the goals and you are going to achieve anything you want.

1.Stay motivated-An important key to being in shape is to set goals and keep a positive mindset. If you stay positive, you will be able to push yourself to get that fit body you've always wanted. 2.Keep track of your progress and be proud of minor improvements.- any movement in weight will motivate you to do more so It is a good idea to start a 'fit journal' so that you can keep track of when you work out, what you do and to keep your goal set have it written at the top of the page. 3.Get someone else to get fit with you. It is much easier to reach your goals when you have someone to share the pain and the gain with. Create a schedule that you can both commit to and keep each other on track.
