Ingredients
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach
  • 1 large handful of kale 
  • 1 large handful of frozen mango chunks
  • 50ml milk (almond, oat or soya)
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder 
  • 1 scoop of protein powder

Directions

  1. Add everything to a liquidiser and whiz until smooth.
