Getting your daily greens has never been this easy or delicious. This nutrient-packed smoothie combines the power of spinach and kale with the sweetness of mango for a drink you’ll actually look forward to. Ready in minutes, perfect for a meal on the go.

Serves: 2  |
   Cook Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 large handful of baby spinach
  • 1 large handful of kale 
  • 1 large handful of frozen mango chunks
  • 50ml milk (almond, oat or soya)
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder 
  • 1 scoop of protein powder

Directions

  1. Add everything to a liquidiser and whiz until smooth.
