Bring a taste of Thailand to your table with this light, fragrant salmon dish. Steamed with fresh ginger, garlic, and chilli, and paired with crisp vegetables, it’s the perfect balance of clean protein, vibrant flavours, and nutrients, without any heaviness.

Serves: 4  |
   Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets (120g each)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (braggs aminos)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 1 pak choi, quartered
  • 1 red bell pepper, strips
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • Fresh coriander to garnish

Directions

  1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, and chilli.
  2. Place salmon in steamer basket.
  3. Pour half the sauce over salmon.
  4. Steam for 12–15 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables to steamer for last 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with remaining sauce and coriander.
