Directions:
Four capsules daily, one with each meal or snack.
To be taken in conjunction with four B-Rite capsules.
We recommend an initial course of three months of this two-part combination nutritional product.
After three months and when a satisfactory result is obtained, a maintenance intake of one A-Rite and one B-Rite twice daily may be taken (two of each per day).
