I joined Educogym Docklands 3 years ago and I’m still enjoying it reason being the sessions are only 20 mins unlike other gyms when you may spend an hour or more but actually get less out of it but with Educogym it’s full on 20 mins and gives you a full body workout,majority of my sessions have been with Evan and he has really helped me in all my sessions and is there if you need any advice on training or diet I find him really helpful to me..I would highly recommend Educogym for anyone looking to lose weight/tone up and generally feel better in yourself.

Highly recommend this Gym, in particular if you are over 45 or 50 :)  The 1-2-1 training, Diet plan and ongoing advices really help. Also it's a perfect size and you feel like its 'your gym' . Staff are really professional and despite my age ;) Didn't make me feel like the 'Fossil' I felt when I attempted other Gyms.
